When embedding a Carin Bot into a website using the code below the bot icon appears but is not responsive and Chrome states:

My code snippet:

<br>var Helpy = Helpy || {};<br>Helpy.domain = '//ct.helpy.io';<br>Helpy.botIcon = '';<br>Helpy.botBackground = '#d14545';<br><br>// Use the following attributes to identify the user in your app/store<br>// Unidentified users will appear as anonymous users<br>Helpy.email_address = '';<br>Helpy.customer_name = '';<br><br>$script(['//helpy.io/js/bot.v5.js'], function() {<br> Helpy.initBot('vLpBWkN7lEngxV4LVXrJeaKmy45AYQ');<br>});

              This is most likely caused by an improper way of including this code snippet into Wordpress. Any ideas how to fix this are appreciated...

                  I think the issue may be something else.  I tried connecting to the bot directly using https://ct.helpy.io/bot/vLpBWkN7lEngxV4LVXrJeaKmy45AYQ?email_address=&customer_name= and it can't be found.  This could be a result of deleting or creating an updated bot on your side, as the code is specific to a given bot instance rather than being generic for your entire site.  This lets you use multiple bots if you choose to do so.

                  Please verify the code snippet generated in your Helpy UI matches what is shown on the site and try again.  Let me know how it goes!

                      As I ran out of ideas I deleted the bot to set it up again from scratch but I was not allowed to generate a new bot anymore :-o Obviously this happened before you tested. I am sorry that I did not report this problem before. Should I generate at separate ticket?

                          Can you give it another try?  We made a change that should allow you to build a new bot if you have deleted the old one now.

                              Thanks, building a new bot now works and the site is up again. The error persists. I believe the problem is in my implementation of your code snippet into Wordpress rather than in your snippet itself because it works from static page. Anybody having experience in how to get this working in Wordpress as well?
