Moderating content comments

Sometimes you may receive an objectionable or spammy comment on on of your KB docs that allows commenting.  You can edit or remove the comment by following these steps:

1. KB comments end up in a specific ticket that is dynamically created for each doc.  Use the advanced search and type "Discussion" into the subject search.  You should see a ticket for each of your knowledge base docs that allow commenting. Find the doc you wish to moderate and click it.

2. You will see the familiar ticket management UI.  Expand the thread and find the objectionable comment.

3. Click the dropdown for the comment (by clicking on where it says {person} replied) and select "edit".  From here, uncheck the active box to remove the comment or edit it and save your changes.


Note: This option is only available to administrators.
