Who is Carin?

Carin is an Artificial Intelligence (AI) agent that can handle up to 80% of tier one requests without ever requiring human touch.  She is infinitely scalable and can answer many people simultaneously.


Carin will appear alongside your regular agents and other bots in Helpy, and her conversations with customers will appear as if they were standard tickets.  If you are not using Helpy for your support ticketing, bot transactions can be sent into your helpdesk via an email.


Your bots have the ability to interact with your customers in several ways.  At its core it uses a machine learning algorithm to process natural language and reply to statements accordingly.  The bot also has the ability to respond to certain queues and respond with knowledge base documentation or contact a remote service via API.
