The Helpy Cloud, Helpy Chat, Helpy Bot, or other Helpy Rubygems and any associated functionality together known as Helpy Pro (the “software”) may only be used in production, if you (or any entity you represent) have agreed to, and are in compliance with this license and the Helpy subscription terms of service (available at https://support.helpy.io) and have purchased a valid Helpy license for the correct number of user seats or server CPU cores. It is strictly forbidden to copy, disassemble, merge, publish, distribute, sell or sublicense the Software unless agreed to in writing separately.
