Incoming Mail Forwarding Activation on self hosted install

I'm trying to get incoming mail working via mailgun and it's unclear what URL mailgun should be forwarding to - I'm getting HTTP 301 errors when testing against the URL recommended at https://support.helpy.io/en/knowledgebase/18/docs/14-setting-up-your-helpy-installation-to-send-and-receive-email?q=email

Our installation is at https://helpy.keys.casa and I'm telling mailgun to forward emails to http://helpy.keys.casa/email_processor and it returns a 301. Same if I try http://helpy.keys.casa/mailgun

The "detailed guide" link on the above article is broken, which doesn't help me understand what the desired configuration should be: http://support.helpy.io/en/knowledgebase/20-advanced-topics/docs/50-configuring-your-helpy-to-receive-email-using-sendgrid

      Hey Jameson,

The correct url in your case would be https://helpy.keys.casa/email_processor so that part is right.  Behind the scenes Helpy uses a gem called Griddler and https://github.com/bradpauly/griddler-mailgun so that might be a good resource to understand why its not working.
