Configuring your Helpy- Settings

Helpy includes a comprehensive settings panel, accessible via the avatar dropdown menu in the upper right corner.  Choose "Settings.".  Only administrators can access system level settings.



Upon clicking "settings", you will see a number of settings options, which may vary some based on what features are included with your Helpy (version, open-source vs. commercial, etc.) In general, the settings are grouped by "general settings", "ticketing settings", "helpcenter settings" and "data access".
